Responsibilities

  • Insurance verification (experience preferred)
  • New patient enrollment
  • Answer phone calls from patients
  • Schedule/Reschedule patient appointments
  • Respond to patient emails and texts
  • Manage EMR

Requirements

  • Proficient in both written and spoken Spanish and English
  • Minimum 6 months BPO experience in a Spanish bilingual account (required); prior experience in healthcare accounts is a plus!
  • Comfortable working with US-based clinics and physicians
  • Eager to learn EMR, EHR, insurance verification, patient confirmation process, and do inbound/outbound calling
  • Soft skills such as empathy are essential as you may be talking to people who have medical issues
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Can start ASAP
