Chief of Staff Associate

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. An MBA will be considered an advantage
• 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Financial/Business Analyst, Program Coordinator, or in a similar role
• Experience with financial reporting and KPIs is preferred. Gaming industry experience is an advantage
• Proficiency in financial reporting, data analysis, and business performance metrics
• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of BI tools
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with AI tools, including Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude, and task management systems, particularly Jira
• Fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian

Responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule, and meetings
• Handle correspondence, organize documents, and prepare reports and presentations
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and follow up on action items
• Monitor deadlines and the execution of assignments delegated to departments by the Director and/or Chief of Staff
• Consolidate and analyze financial and operational data, including P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, and KPIs
• Prepare dashboards and reports to support management decision-making
• Provide administrative and operational support, maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information
