Senior Fullstack Developer (Java / React / Azure)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Java Developer to join a fast-growing SaaS company in the healthcare industry.
You will work on a modern, cloud-native platform built on Microsoft Azure, combining backend services, web and mobile applications, AI-powered capabilities, and scalable infrastructure.
We are looking for a proactive, product-minded engineer who thrives in a dynamic startup environment, takes ownership of technical solutions, and contributes across the entire software development lifecycle.
Requirements
8+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong background in SaaS product development.
Solid experience with Java 21, Spring Boot, React, and TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP accepted).
Experience designing and developing microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven systems.
Knowledge of Docker, containerization, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and caching solutions (Redis).
Strong understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, identity management, and data protection.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently.
Fluent English communication skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience in healthcare, HealthTech, or other regulated industries.
Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and Azure OpenAI.
Experience building and maintaining React Native applications.
Experience implementing LLM-based or AI-powered solutions in production.
Additional expertise in Python.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable SaaS applications across backend and frontend.
Build and enhance microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven integrations.
Develop modern web applications using React and TypeScript.
Contribute to mobile application development using React Native.
Design and implement secure, reliable, and scalable cloud-native solutions on Azure.
Participate in architectural decisions, technical planning, and technology selection.
Integrate AI-powered capabilities and third-party services into the platform.
Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
Contribute to CI/CD processes, infrastructure automation, and production deployments.
Collaborate directly with product stakeholders and customers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Take end-to-end ownership of features, from requirements gathering and architecture through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Proactively identify technical improvements and contribute to the platform's long-term evolution.
