"Application Support Engineer Web-based Trainee"

Perfil requerido:

  • Manejo de herramientas WINSCP, putty, superputty, VNC, escritorio remoto, powershell, cmd.
  • Administración de sistema de archivos (jks, js, xml, dat, bat)
  • Administración de Vmware (tarjeta de red ETH)
  • Conocimiento de SQL, postgrest.
  • Conocimiento básico de redes.
  • Servicio al cliente, excelente actitud.
  • Deseable: conocimiento ServiceNow

Actividades:

  • Atención a incidentes críticos que afectan la operación (ejemplo, no hay cobro en terminales).
  • Apoyo en la revisión, diagnóstico y solución de incidentes y oportunidades reportadas en los equipos de soporte a tienda (POS, SMART, Chas Office).
  • Seguimiento a reportes y backlog de incidentes.
  • Resolución de incidentes relacionados a cajas SCO, pago con tarjeta, membresías, estacionamiento, cashi.
  • Trabajo bajo presión
  • Generación de manuales y documentación para temas de auditorías.
  • Monitoreo de cierres.
  • Rolar turnos.
  • Guardias días festivos, temporada alta del cliente y fines de semana.
  • Asistencia a oficinas Softtek y/o cliente al menos 3 veces a la semana.

Modalidad de trabajo: presencial en CDMX.

Horarios: tiempo completo con disponibilidad para rolar turnos y hacer guardias fines de semana.
