Responsabilidades

  • Participar en proyectos de implementación, evolución y soporte AMS de Salesforce.
  • Analizar, diseñar y proponer soluciones sobre la plataforma Salesforce.
  • Gestionar y dar soporte a los componentes de Experience, Service, Consumer Goods y Commerce.
  • Participar en la identificación y resolución de incidentes y requerimientos funcionales/técnicos.
  • Analizar y dar seguimiento a integraciones críticas desarrolladas con MuleSoft.
  • Apoyar la integración de procesos relacionados con pedidos, notificaciones, clientes, productos y precios.
  • Trabajar de manera articulada con equipos técnicos y de negocio para garantizar la correcta operación de las soluciones.
  • Contribuir a la evolución y mejora continua de las soluciones implementadas.

Habilidades requeridas

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia en roles relacionados con Salesforce.
  • Experiencia sólida en Salesforce.
  • Experiencia en proyectos de implementación, evolución y/o soporte AMS.
  • Conocimiento de alguno o varios de los siguientes componentes:
  • Salesforce Experience
  • Salesforce Service
  • Salesforce Consumer Goods
  • Salesforce Commerce
  • Experiencia trabajando con integraciones MuleSoft.
  • Capacidad para analizar problemas y proponer soluciones técnicas.
  • Orientación al servicio, capacidad de análisis y trabajo autónomo.
  • Formación profesional en Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas o carreras relacionadas con tecnología, procesos o negocios.

Habilidades deseables

  • Certificaciones Salesforce.
  • Experiencia previa en proyectos de integración entre Salesforce y MuleSoft.
  • Conocimiento de procesos de negocio asociados a pedidos, clientes, productos, precios y notificaciones.
  • Experiencia en ambientes de soporte AMS y evolución de plataformas empresariales.
  • Conocimiento de diferentes nubes/componentes del ecosistema Salesforce.
