The ideal profile combines strong soft skills (active listening, assertive communication, stress management) with basic technical competencies such as CRM platforms, email, and digital support tools. We especially value candidates from high-volume environments who maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle and resolve customer requests via phone, email, and chat with warmth and efficiency.
• Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM.
• Meet SLA requirements for response time and quality.
• Provide clear information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure an integrated customer experience.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and communicate them to team leadership.
• Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude even in high-pressure situations.

SKILLS

REQUIREMENTS

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer service (in-person, phone, or digital).
• English level B1-C1.
• Basic proficiency with digital tools: email, CRM, ticketing platforms.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Multitasking ability and priority management under pressure.
