The Data Governance & Data Quality Analyst supports the implementation and day-to-day operation of the SEU data governance and data quality framework.
The role works with business data owners, data stewards, Business Intelligence teams, Digital Strategy & Platforms, IS teams and other stakeholders to improve the ownership, definition, quality, transparency and reuse of data across the European organization.
You will
- Support implementation of the SEU data governance framework.
- Maintain governance assets, business glossary and metadata in Collibra.
- Coordinate data quality activities and issue management.
- Support definition of data owners, stewards and governance processes.
- Translate business requirements into data quality rules.
- Monitor data quality metrics and coordinate remediation.
- Support governance requirements for data products and BI solutions.
- Prepare governance documentation, training material and awareness sessions.
- Drive continuous improvement of governance processes.
You will bring:
- 3-5 years in data governance, data quality, BI or analytics.
- Experience working with business and technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of metadata, lineage, governance and data quality.
- Excellent organisational & time management skills with a strong ability to prioritise.
- Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and influentially both verbally & in writing.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Preferred further expertise in:
- Collibra
- Power BI
- SQL
- Databricks
- Azure Data Lake
- Experience in multinational organizations
