Job Summary:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Executivewith at least 2 years of experiencein basic accounting and bookkeeping for our client. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate records, and assist the finance team in ensuring smooth accounting processes.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare complete books of accountsfrom the financial data provided.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliationacross multiple statements/accounts.
- Record, categorize, and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Structure raw data into proper accounting formats (ledgers, trial balance, etc.).
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in bookkeeping and reporting.
- Maintain organized documentation for review.
- Support the finance team with relevant accounting tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on accounting/bookkeeping experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (double-entry, ledgers, trial balance).
- Proven experience in bank reconciliation.
- Ability to convert raw data into accurate, complete books of accounts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/Xero/ERP preferred).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight timelines.
