The organisation is building a marketing shared-services capability in the Philippines to support its group and portfolio companies. Turn market, audience and campaign information into clear analysis that helps the group and portfolio companies make better marketing decisions. Use digital, advertising, social, web/app and CRM platforms to assess performance; support research projects; maintain reliable data and reporting; and communicate findings in a practical, decision-ready way.

Responsibilities

Market & Audience Research

• Conduct desk research on markets, sectors, competitors, audiences, customer needs and relevant developments across the group priority businesses.
• Support surveys, interviews, focus groups and other research activities, including questionnaire setup, fieldwork coordination and data quality checks.
• Summarise findings, implications and open questions in concise reports and presentations.

Marketing Performance Analytics

• Collect and validate performance data from platforms including GA4, advertising and social channel dashboards, CRM systems, web/app analytics and campaign tracking, using agreed definitions and reporting templates.
• Build and update dashboards and recurring reports that combine platform data to assess audience, reach, engagement, leads, conversions, costs and return on investment across digital activity.
• Analyse campaign results, channel performance, customer journeys and trends; identify drivers, anomalies and opportunities for improvement.
• Data Quality & Governance
• Maintain data dictionaries, source notes, tracking documentation and dashboard definitions to support consistent reporting.
• Check data for completeness, accuracy, duplication and unusual movements; document limitations and escalate issues.
• Handle customer, research and commercial information responsibly and follow applicable privacy and access controls.

Decision Support

• Translate analysis into clear charts, findings and recommendations for marketing managers and portfolio stakeholders.
• Support forecasting, segmentation, benchmarking and test-and-learn plans as requested by the Abu Dhabi HQ manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Marketing Research, Business or a related field preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English required.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing analytics, market research, business intelligence or a related analytical role. Experience presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders is required.
