Software Engineer (SWE) - Mid

Develops and maintains software applications and services supporting AI/ML operations, focusing on scalable backend systems, APIs, and user interfaces for enterprise AI platforms. Opportunity to work on real-world projects that directly impact warfighter capabilities and mission success.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement software components for AI/ML applications
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
• Build user interfaces and dashboards for AI system monitoring and control
• Implement automated testing and continuous integration practices
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers on system integration
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in production environments
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality coding standards
• Contribute to software architecture decisions and technical documentation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph
• Proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, Go, etc.)
• Experience with web frameworks, databases, and cloud platforms
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices and design patterns
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and integration patterns
• Experience with version control, testing frameworks, and DevOps tools
• AWS experience highly preferred but not required
• Military experience strongly preferred
