The Mission -

This is not a role you inherit. This is a role you build.

You will be one of the first people on the ground for Sprinto in the US startup ecosystem. You will own the Bay Area market as a Founding Account Executive, building territory from zero, identifying and prioritizing the right accounts, and running full-cycle deals from first outreach to close without a playbook handed to you.

You will have direct access to the founding team, fast decisions, no bureaucracy, and a direct line to the people building the product.

Where You'll Leave Your Mark

• Own a greenfield Bay Area territory from day one, no inherited accounts, no recycled pipeline
• Get out there. Events, meetups, founder communities, coffee shops. You are the person in the room, not behind a screen.
• Run multi-channel prospecting across email, LinkedIn, phone, cold outreach, referrals, and field events
• Run full-cycle deals from first discovery through close with founders, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and security leaders
• Build relationships with operators, investors, and Bay Area ecosystem connectors that compound over time
• Shape what the US startup sales motion looks like at Sprinto, your wins, losses, and learnings build the regional playbook

The Kind of Builder We're Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of quota attainment.
• Minimum 1 year of structured, high-volume outbound experience, non-negotiable.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a genuine appetite for the blank canvas, you have built from zero before and that is the environment where you do your best work.
• A genuine appetite for field and community selling, you see a founder meetup as a pipeline opportunity, not a networking obligation.
• Strong discovery discipline, you ask before you pitch and you know the difference between a qualified conversation and a polite one.
• High energy, high ownership, you do not wait to be told what to do.
• Bay Area based or demonstrably committed to being present in the market.
