The technology is built and the logos are on the wall. The story is not. We intend to be the company the world associates with AI agents that run the sales conversation. Right now nobody owns that argument. Every player ships the same features and competes on cost per minute, and none of it says anything a CXO at a bank finds interesting. Winning that argument is the job.

What you will own

Narrative

• Own what SquadStack.ai stands for and why this category exists, and hold it consistent from the homepage to a sales one-pager.
• Turn hard technical work, our in-house speech model and Sales LLM among it, into arguments a business buyer finds obvious.
• Publish a point of view on where sales is going, on our channels and in the founders' names.

Owned media and PR

• Own social strategy, the editorial calendar and the output across our company pages and the founders' and leadership profiles on LinkedIn and X.
• Own PR: the agency, the story we take to press, every launch and partnership announcement, executive quotes and spokesperson prep.

Events

• Own our roundtable series and take it to Bangalore, Mumbai and wherever our buyers are, alongside CXO dinners and formats co-hosted with partners and investors.
• Invent the formats nobody else is running. This industry is saturated with panels and agendas, and a room people actually enjoy is worth more than another one.
• Build our flagship annual event, bringing customers and prospects into one room for the first time.

Offline

• Own offline as a channel. Billboards, airport and out-of-home, print, presence at the places our buyers already are. We have never done it, but we will if the ambition needs it.

Team and budget

• Lead two visual designers and a brand marketing manager, and build the team out from there. Make the case for every role you want, and hire it.
• Own the brand budget.

What we are looking for

Must have

• 4 to 10 years of experience in brand marketing (B2B & B2C both work). We will always trade years for evidence.
• You have built a publishing engine for a brand, a founder or yourself, and run it long enough to show what it compounded into.
• You make things yourself. Send two pieces you personally wrote, shot, designed or built, and tell us what happened after you shipped them.
• You can write in someone else's voice well enough that their own team cannot tell.
• You can sit through a technical demo or read an engineering blog and come out with the one thing a customer should care about.
• You have sharp opinions and can hold them in a room full of leaders.
• You have directed designers. You can give a visual brief, judge the work and say what is wrong with it in words a designer can act on.
• You use AI tools daily to produce, and have a view on where their output is not good enough.

Strong signal

• You publish in public under your own name and have done so consistently.
• You have owned a PR agency relationship or run press yourself.
• You have run an event people talked about afterwards, or spent real money offline and can say what it returned.
