Senior Enterprise Sales Manager - Education

Role Overview

Private universities run some of the largest calling floors in the country, lakhs of enquiries compressed into a four month admissions window, and most of them have never measured what an enrolment actually costs. This seat exists to open that market.

What you will do

• Own and deliver an annual revenue number across a named list of private universities, deemed universities, multi-campus groups and edtech accounts.
• Run the full cycle yourself: account mapping, prospecting, demo, business case, pricing, negotiation and close.
• Sell against the admissions calendar. Land pilots ahead of the enquiry peak and convert them to annual contracts before the next cycle opens.
• Build the ROI case in admissions language: cost per application, cost per enrolment, counsellor productivity, enquiry to application to admission conversion.

Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of quota carrying enterprise sales experience in India.
• Direct experience selling to Indian universities - admissions CRM, counselling technology, lead generation or listings, dialler and contact centre, student engagement or campus ERP.
• Value based selling with real ROI articulation.
• Working fluency with HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Live relationships with senior decision makers inside universities and edtech.
