Veterinary Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to take responsibility for sales function in Egypt, lead the existing sales team, develop new business, strengthen key accounts, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy and achieve agreed sales targets.
• Lead, manage, evaluate and develop the existing sales team.
• Set individual and team KPIs and hold the team accountable for performance.
• Personally support the acquisition and closing of major/key accounts.
• Expand business with poultry farms, feed mills, integrators, distributors and other strategic customers.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers and key accounts across Egypt.
• Identify new business opportunities, territories and customer segments.
• Conduct regular field visits with the sales team.
• Monitor competitors, pricing and market developments.
• Build accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management and reporting.
• Improve the company’s sales processes and CRM usage.
• Work with senior management on commercial strategy and growth plans.

Requirements

Candidate Profile - Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine (B.V.Sc.).
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant commercial/sales experience.
• Direct experience in veterinary pharmaceuticals, poultry health and/or feed additives.
• Strong knowledge of the Egyptian poultry and animal-health market.
• Previous experience managing and developing a sales team.
• Proven history of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
• Existing professional network with relevant customers in Egypt, particularly poultry farms, feed mills, integrators and/or distributors.
• Strong negotiation and key-account-management capabilities.
• Fluent Arabic and professional English.

Preferred:

• Experience with both veterinary pharmaceuticals AND feed additives.
• Strong poultry-sector experience.
• Experience introducing new products or opening new markets/accounts.
• CRM and sales reporting experience.
• Own car.
