Grade 12 (Matric); a Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Management advantageous.
Minimum 5-7 years' experience in procurement or purchasing, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role.
Proven experience managing a procurement function, purchasing team and supplier relationships.
Strong experience in stock control, inventory management and procurement planning.
Proven ability to negotiate supplier pricing, payment terms and delivery arrangements.
Good understanding of cost control, budgeting and gross profit margins.
Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and procurement/inventory management systems (ERP).
