Duties & Responsibilities

Lead sleeving-line staff to meet daily production and quality targets.

Manage line start-ups,

handovers,

changeovers,

material use and downtime;

coach operators and drive waste reduction.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Matric;

3+ years packaging-line experience including shrink sleeving, with 1-2 years supervising staff.

Sleeving/heat-tunnel operations,

OEE,

downtime reporting,

GMP,

problem-solving and hands-on people leadership.
