Job Description :
We are looking for a Senior Associate AI/ML Engineer with 3 - 5+ years of hands-on experience in ML Engineering or Applied AI. The role involves designing, developing, optimizing, and deploying production-grade machine learning and multimodal AI solutions across text, image, audio, and video data.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and deploy multimodal ML models for NLP, Computer Vision, OCR, and document understanding.
- Build pipelines for text processing, entity extraction, classification, image tagging, moderation, and speech-to-text.
- Implement RAG pipelines with text and multimodal indexing.
- Optimize model inference for latency, throughput, and cost efficiency.
- Build CI/CD pipelines for ML workloads.
- Deploy AI models using Docker, Kubernetes/AKS, and FastAPI.
- Work with Azure Machine Learning for experiment tracking, model registry, training, and deployment.
- Implement model monitoring, logging, metrics, alerts, and drift detection.
- Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise search, recommendation, knowledge, document, and content platforms.
- Develop inference and retrieval APIs for downstream applications.
- Collaborate with product, data, backend, and platform teams.
- Review code, contribute to engineering standards, and mentor junior engineers.
