TRM & BCM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Implement TRM controls covering least-privilege access, quarterly access reviews, patching and encryption.
• Strengthen cyber hygiene through endpoint hardening and DLP controls to prevent AI data leakage.
• Implement AI security controls under MAS AIRM Section 5, including tamper-proof logging of prompts, responses and tool calls, kill-switch mechanisms and prompt version control.
• Prepare BIA, map critical business services, conduct BCM/DR drills, produce drill reports and maintain call trees.
• Maintain control evidence for audits and regulatory reviews.

Requirements

• Former bank IT Risk, Infrastructure or Cybersecurity professional; CISSP/CISA preferred.
• Hands-on experience conducting DR drills and preparing reports suitable for MAS regulatory review.
• Practical IAM configuration experience, not just policy writing.
• Experience in cyber controls, BCM planning and audit evidence preparation.
