Responsibilities

  • Maintain platform availability, performance, scalability, and adherence to service-level agreements
  • Develop and operate monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system health, visibility, and troubleshooting support
  • Create self-service capabilities that improve developer productivity and reduce operational friction
  • Apply infrastructure as code practices to standardize environments and support repeatable deployments
  • Guide engineering teams in designing and running robust cloud hosting and application platform services
