Our Associate Platform Engineer Supports automation, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure operations, and monitoring activities while developing hands-on experience with DevOps tools and cloud technologies under senior guidance.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable application build, testing, and deployment.
Assist in provisioning and maintaining cloud and on-premises infrastructure while performing routine operational tasks.
Support containerized applications and container orchestration platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift under senior guidance.
Ensure effective monitoring, incident response , and escalate issues while assisting with troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Contribute to automation initiatives through scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
Follow security, patching, vulnerability management and compliance standards while maintaining technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with Development, QUALITY, and Operations teams while continuously developing DevOps and cloud engineering skills.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
0-1 year of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, System Administration, or a similar technical role.
Basic understanding of Linux/Windows administration, CI/CD tools, scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python), Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
Familiarity with DevOps concepts, Infrastructure as Code, Databases (SQL, DB2, MongoDB, etc.), Kafka, Confluent, Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, and automation tools is preferred.
Basic knowledge of security best practices, configuration management, and cloud infrastructure concepts.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Eagerness to learn modern cloud technologies, automation practices, and platform engineering methodologies.
