As a Senior Business Insights Analyst, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across Summit, transforming complex operational, financial, and customer data into meaningful business insights. You'll partner with executives and cross-functional teams to develop performance frameworks, evaluate strategic opportunities, build business cases, and provide the analysis that helps shape the company's future.

What You’ll Do:- Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, evaluate business performance, and support strategic decision-making.
- Lead complex operational, financial, and strategic analyses that provide actionable recommendations for business leaders.
- Develop business cases, scenario models, forecasting tools, and value-realization analyses that support investment decisions and organizational priorities.
- Design and evolve enterprise KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, and performance scorecards that provide meaningful visibility across the organization.
- Translate complex business questions into analytical approaches that uncover trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
- Monitor organizational performance, proactively identifying emerging trends, operational challenges, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Strengthen data governance and reporting standards by improving data quality, consistency, and enterprise reporting practices.
- Present findings, recommendations, and business insights to executive leadership in clear, concise, and actionable ways.
- Partner with Finance, Delivery, Sales, Product, and other business functions to align reporting, metrics, and performance measurement across the organization.
- Continuously improve Summit's analytical capabilities by introducing new reporting approaches, measurement frameworks, and decision-support tools.
- Executive insights that improve strategic and operational decision-making.
- Business cases and scenario models that support investments, operational improvements, and long-term planning.
- Enterprise KPI frameworks that provide consistent, meaningful visibility into business performance.
- Trusted executive dashboards and reporting that connect organizational performance with business priorities.
- Actionable recommendations that improve operational effectiveness, financial performance, and customer outcomes.
- Strong data governance practices that increase confidence in enterprise reporting and analytics.
- Continuous improvements that strengthen Summit's ability to make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Have experience leading business analytics, operational analysis, financial modeling, or strategic decision support in a technology or high-growth environment.
- Enjoy solving complex business problems through thoughtful analysis and practical recommendations.
- Can translate large amounts of data into clear stories that help leaders make confident decisions.
- Build trusted relationships with executives and influence decisions through credibility, collaboration, and sound judgment.
- Balance curiosity with business acumen, knowing when to dig deeper and when to simplify.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, adapting your message to the needs of your audience.
- Naturally connect information across teams, functions, and business priorities to uncover opportunities others may miss.
- Believe the best insights don't just explain the past; they help shape what's next.
- Experience developing executive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar business intelligence platforms.
- Advanced experience with SQL, data modeling, statistical analysis, or business intelligence tools.
- Experience supporting executive planning, investment analysis, or enterprise performance management.
- Experience developing KPI architectures, reporting frameworks, or value-realization methodologies.
- Familiarity with managed services, cloud infrastructure, enterprise technology, or cybersecurity environments.

The salary range for this role is $110,000 – $131,500 annually. Compensation is based on the responsibilities of the role, experience, skills, geographic market, and internal equity. We believe great careers are built one step at a time, and compensation should grow alongside your impact.
