In this high-impact role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that influence product strategy, portfolio growth, risk management, and executive decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing hypotheses using data. The ideal candidate will have deep credit card analytics experience and a passion for solving real-world problems with data.
Missions
- Lead analytics for Sunbit's Credit Card portfolio, transforming complex data into actionable insights that influence product strategy, portfolio growth, risk management, and executive decision making.
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and hypothesis development using data across Credit Risk, Portfolio management, Fraud and marketing.
- Independently manage cross-functional relationships across Product, Engineering, Operations, Credit Risk, and executive leadership, influencing stakeholders through clear communication and data-driven recommendations.
Profil recherché
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or another quantitative field (Master's degree preferred)- 4+ years working with major BI platforms like Tableau or Sigma
- 4+ years of working with and proficient in SQL and excited about acquiring new technical skills
- Passionate about solving real-world problems with data
- 6+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, Decision Science, Credit Risk, or a related quantitative function
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in using Python or R to solve analytical problems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analytical findings
- 4+ years supporting Credit Card portfolios, with deep experience in Credit Risk, Portfolio Management, Fraud Analytics, or Consumer Lending
- Hands-on technically and excited to drive things end-to-end
- Have a growth mindset and take proactive ownership
