EDUCATION:

• Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
• HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience

CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:

• DL-Valid Drivers License

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

• 2 years recent relevant experience

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Computer skills and building automation systems experience.
• Working knowledge of energy conservation required, formal training
• Must have basic math skills to include addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, and decimals
• Ability to read and write in order to understand equipment operating instructions and maintains logs and records of work performed, and to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturers’ specifications in order to perform preventive maintenance.
