  • Partner with Product Management and Marketing teams to prepare the manufacturing network for new product launches.

  • Monitor supply risks and recommend mitigation actions to ensure continuity of supply.

  • Drive optimization initiatives related to production allocation, network utilization, and cost efficiency.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes, tools, reporting, and business insights.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Product Management, and Planning functions globally.

About You

  • Experience working with supply planning and capacity planning processes.

  • Hands-on experience with supply planning and capacity planning processes.

  • Experience working with SAP and other planning systems.

  • Knowledge of reporting and analytical tools such as Tableau, BW, Power BI, or similar solutions is considered an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.

  • A proactive, independent working style and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
