Customer Success Manager

What will you do at Sweep?
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager with a strong technical background in Salesforce to help customers achieve their desired outcomes with Sweep. This role combines deep technical knowledge, project management skills, and consultative communication to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary post-sale contact for customers, managing onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success.
Develop success plans, business reviews, and performance metrics tied to customer goals.
Maintain and renew customer contracts on a yearly basis
Identify and convert upsell and expansion opportunities by aligning Sweep’s capabilities to evolving customer needs.
Build a deep understanding of each customer’s Salesforce architecture, GTM processes, and data structure to guide adoption of Sweep’s platform.
Configure and optimize Sweep within Salesforce environments; provide hands-on technical guidance during rollout.
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to surface customer feedback, use cases, and feature requests.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Salesforce consulting, or technical account management in a B2B SaaS company or SI.
Expertise in Salesforce CRM, including automation, workflows, reporting, and integrations.
Proven success driving adoption and value realization in complex, data-driven environments.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable leading technical conversations with admins, ops leaders, and executives.
This is an in office position in our Tel Aviv office.
