Role Overview

Sycurio is seeking a Sales & Solution Engineer based in Bengaluru to serve as the technical lead for opportunities developed with global BPOs, GSIs, MSPs and consulting partners. The role will support partners serving enterprise customers across the United States, United Kingdom and EMEA, helping them position, design and validate secure payment solutions across contact-center and digital environments.

This person will work as a trusted technical advisor to partner sales and solution teams, translating customer requirements into scalable designs and commercially viable solutions. The role combines hands-on pre-sales execution, partner enablement and technical ecosystem development.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical opportunity ownership: Own technical discovery, qualification, solution design and validation for assigned partner-led opportunities.
• Partner co-selling: Support partner account teams, client partners and solution consultants in customer meetings, workshops, demos and technical evaluations.
• Architecture and design: Create high-level designs and scalable, template-based architectures spanning CCaaS, telephony, IVR, CRM, cloud and payment ecosystems.
• Technical risk management: Identify integration dependencies, security considerations and delivery risks early, and coordinate resolution with internal and partner teams.
• Partner enablement: Train and enable partner sales engineers, architects and delivery teams through structured sessions, playbooks, reference architectures and reusable demonstration assets.
• Value communication: Translate APIs, security, payments and compliance capabilities into clear business value for technical, operational and executive audiences.
• RFx support: Provide structured, accurate and timely technical input for RFIs, RFPs, tenders, proposals and partner solution documents.
• Product feedback: Capture recurring partner and customer requirements, competitive insights and integration needs, and provide actionable feedback to Product and Engineering.
• Demo and asset improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of demonstration environments, technical collateral and standardized solution assets.
• Global collaboration: Work across Sycurio’s Partnerships, Sales, Product, Engineering, Delivery and Marketing organizations and accommodate periodic US and UK business hours.
• Be able to work on site at our office in Bangalore Monday - Friday.

Experience Required

• Five or more years of pre-sales, sales engineering, solution consulting or partner solutions experience in enterprise SaaS or technology environments.
• Strong expertise in at least one of the following domains: contact centers and CCaaS; telephony and IVR; CRM integrations; digital payments; or PCI-compliant systems.
• Experience supporting partner-led sales motions with BPOs, GSIs, MSPs, consulting firms, OEMs or technology alliances.
• Experience working with global service providers such as TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Concentrix, Presidio or comparable organizations is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with AI/BOT technology including Google, AWS and others (Agentic, Multi-Modal, Etc.)
• Working knowledge of API-based architectures, cloud environments and system integrations; AWS experience is preferred.
• Ability to produce clear high-level designs, document requirements and explain data flows, dependencies and integration patterns.
• Demonstrated success delivering customer presentations, technical workshops and product demonstrations to mixed technical and executive audiences.
• Experience responding to RFIs, RFPs and enterprise tender requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Exposure to PCI DSS, payment security, omnichannel payments, fraud reduction or sensitive-data protection is highly desirable.
