We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Solution Architecture principles and practices, with a proven track record of designing and implementing robust solutions that meet business needs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex requirements into effective architectural designs while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop comprehensive solution architectures that address business requirements and technical constraints.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to gather and analyze requirements.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks to support solution development.
• Ensure architectural compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Lead architectural reviews and provide guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with architectural decisions and implementations.
• Document architectural designs, decisions, and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve solution architecture practices.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Solution Architecture with a focus on designing scalable and maintainable systems.
• Proficiency in cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with microservices architecture and API design.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps).
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of data architecture and database design principles.
• Experience in leading architectural discussions and workshops.
• Certifications in relevant technologies or architecture frameworks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10 15 years of experience in software development and architecture.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in a fast paced environment.
• Strong portfolio of successful projects demonstrating architectural expertise.
