AI Engineer

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to join a dynamic team in Bengaluru. In this hybrid role, you will focus on designing, deploying, and scaling sophisticated agentic AI systems to solve complex business challenges within the finance and accounting sector.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust multi-agent deployments to automate complex workflows.
• Develop and maintain scalable AI solutions using Agent Core and low-code agentic platforms.
• Engineer and optimize prompts to improve the performance and accuracy of LLM-based applications.
• Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment of AI models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing financial systems.
• Monitor and refine model performance, ensuring high reliability and security standards.
• Leverage AWS cloud services to build and host scalable AI infrastructure.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with multi-agent deployments and agentic frameworks.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, transformers, and prompt engineering techniques.
• Proven experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure.
• Solid background in CI/CD pipeline management and deployment automation.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment based in Bengaluru.
