Analytics and Applied Machine Learning Lead

This role involves leading advanced analytics and machine learning engagements within a cloud-based ecosystem. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of ML solutions, from initial problem framing to model deployment and stakeholder management. Responsibilities

• Lead advanced analytics and machine learning engagements from problem framing to model delivery.
• Guide technical decisions and maintain high delivery quality across the assigned project scope.
• Engage with stakeholders to clarify business requirements, manage risks, and define project outcomes.
• Apply hands-on expertise in Python, machine learning, and statistical modeling to solve complex business problems.
• Oversee the integration of machine learning models within cloud environments.
• Communicate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Drive the implementation of forecasting and classification models to support business objectives.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of relevant experience in analytics and machine learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python and statistical analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Azure ML and Databricks.
• Engineering degree or higher qualification.
• Experience with MLOps and model explainability techniques.
• Knowledge of Fabric integration and its application in analytics workflows.
• Ability to travel onsite as required by project engagements.
