Python & React Full Stack Engineer with GenAI

We are looking for an experienced full stack engineer to design and build AI-powered applications that combine modern Python back-end services with responsive React front-end experiences. You will work on Generative AI and LLM-based solutions, including retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and help bring them into production at scale. This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable back-end services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django or Flask
• Build responsive, performant user interfaces using React.js, Next.js and Node.js
• Develop Generative AI and LLM-powered features using LangChain, LangGraph and OpenAI APIs
• Design and implement RAG pipelines for document retrieval, embedding and context-aware generation
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to model, store and query application data efficiently
• Deploy and operate applications on AWS, ensuring reliability, security and observability
• Collaborate with product, data and design teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
• Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews and technical design discussions

Requirements

• 5 to 9 years of hands-on experience in full stack software development
• Strong proficiency in Python and at least one Python web framework such as FastAPI, Django or Flask
• Solid experience with React.js, Next.js and Node.js
• Practical experience with Generative AI and LLMs, including LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI and RAG pipelines
• Working knowledge of SQL databases and NoSQL databases
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
• Good understanding of software engineering best practices, version control and CI/CD
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication in a hybrid team setting
