Detailed Job description : -
• Provide end-to-end production support and application operations for business-critical applications, ensuring service availability and operational stability.
• Investigate and troubleshoot complex production incidents across application code, REST APIs, PostgreSQL/MySQL databases, application logs, and integrated systems.
• Perform RCA for recurring and critical incidents, driving corrective and preventive action.
• Own end-to-end management of incidents, service requests, and problem records in ServiceNow, driving prioritization, resolution, documentation, and SLA compliance.
• Drive incident triage, impact assessment, escalation, and resolution across Development, DevOps, QA, Infrastructure, Database, and customer teams.
• Lead major and critical incidents end-to-end, driving technical teams, escalations, stakeholder communications, and timely service restoration.
• Develop and drive tactical workarounds and mitigation strategies to accelerate service recovery while enabling sustainable permanent fixes.
• Practice proactive monitoring, problem management, and continuous improvement to reduce recurring incidents and operational risk.
