Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a Front Office Business Analyst with 4-7 years of experience to bridge business needs and technology delivery across front-office functions. The role will work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define solution approaches, prepare technical documentation, and support the delivery of reliable software solutions.
The position contributes to business objectives by translating requirements into clear technical specifications, supporting Agile delivery, improving solution quality, and helping teams adopt relevant technologies across mobile, cloud, IoT, and blockchain environments.
Software Requirements
Required
Strong understanding of technology platforms such as mobile, cloud, IoT, and blockchain.
Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including Java, Python, or Node.js.
Experience with Agile or Scrum delivery practices.
Experience using Git, JIRA, and Confluence, including the current versions supported within the project environment.
Ability to prepare technical specifications, functional documentation, process flows, and detailed requirements documentation.
Experience participating in code reviews and supporting software quality and maintainability.

Day-to-Day Activities
Participate in daily stand-up meetings, project planning sessions, requirements discussions, and other Agile delivery activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, define solution approaches, and document technical specifications.
Support software development by clarifying requirements, participating in testing and code reviews, tracking issues, and contributing to deployment activities.
Monitor assigned requirements and deliverables, provide technical input within the role’s authority, escalate risks or dependencies, and support the resolution of technical issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Equivalent professional experience in software development, business analysis, technology delivery, or a related discipline may be considered.
Relevant certifications in Agile, Scrum, business analysis, cloud technology, or software development are preferred but not mandatory.
Complete role-relevant training in SDLC, Agile methodologies, technology platforms, documentation, testing, and applicable front-office processes.
