Junior Product Manager

An ever-evolving behavioral data platform, enhanced by AI to generate outstanding ROI in more than 30 markets for industry leaders in Retail, Banking, eCommerce, Automotive, Insurance, and Telco, processing more than 150 billion transactions annually.  

However, we don't limit ourselves solely to this solution. We're building BaseModel (website link) - a foundation model for behavioral data embedded within a novel platform for enterprise Data Science teams, that is another step on our path to create innovation in AI and demonstrate AI's potential for the business.

Having such great solutions, we are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to join our Junior Product Team
We hire for one thing above all: the ability to take a product, make the decisions, ship it, and show what moved. Not "responsible for an area". Accountable for a result you can explain.

How we work

• We talk to clients and users directly. No layer between you and the people who use what you build.

• We sit with engineering, not above it. Specs are written to be executed - by engineers and, increasingly, by AI agents.

• AI is part of how we work. We use agents, skills and MCP every day, in our own work and in what we ship.

• Decisions are documented. A one-page decision record beats a 30-slide deck.

• Products ship on the platform used by large enterprise clients. Your work is in production and measured within weeks, not quarters.

What will you do on a daily basis? z

• You will work on one of our product areas or cross-functional features on the platform, supporting Product Managers in product discovery, delivery and day-to-day product operations.

• You start with an onboarding across the product, not inside a single corner of it. You work with the PMs who own the areas today, join releases, client requests and planning, and take responsibility for real pieces of product work from the first weeks. That is how you learn the platform from the inside - and how we learn where you are strongest.

• As you grow, you will gradually take ownership of features, initiatives and product decisions. The scope you start with matches your experience and grows as you prove it.

• You work directly with Product Managers, engineering leads, designers, data scientists and the teams that implement Synerise at clients.

• You participate in client conversations, product planning, requirement gathering, documentation and release activities, gaining hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle

What will make us a perfect match? 

• 1+ year of experience in SaaS as Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar.

• A product you can describe end to end. Something you were accountable for: what it was before, what you decided, what shipped, what moved, what you got wrong. A capability, a feature, a side project with real users or a process you owned all count - depth matters, scale does not.

• Familiarity with the agentic stack. You know how today's AI agents are built and extended (skills, MCP servers, connectors to tools and data) and you use them in your own work every day. You keep up as this stack changes and can tell what is worth adopting.

• Technical fluency. You read an API doc, a data model and a query without help, and you prototype with current AI tools.

• Product judgment over process. You know what to cut and can say why.

• Clear communication in Polish and English (at least C1), with engineers and with clients.

What will convince us even more? 

• Experience with Synerise or similar platforms: behavioral data, personalization, customer data or marketing automation.

• A background in e-commerce, retail, banking or telco.

• Hands-on experience with AI products - building them or shipping on top of them.

• Decisions backed by data. You define a metric, pull the number and change course because of it.

• First experience in B2B software. The more you have, the larger the scope you start with us.
