Principales responsabilités

• Soutenir les activités de prévente, notamment les réponses aux appels d’offres (RFP), les séances de découverte client, la préparation des démonstrations et leur présentation.
• Aider le responsable de la compétence SD à effectuer des contrôles d’assurance qualité sur les implémentations SAP SD.
• Collaborer avec le responsable de la compétence SD afin d’améliorer la propriété intellectuelle, les actifs de solution et les capacités de prestation de Syntax en SD.
• Diriger la conception d’améliorations et d’extensions complexes de SAP SD au-delà des fonctionnalités standard de SAP.
• Fournir une orientation fonctionnelle et architecturale aux équipes qui conçoivent des solutions SD avancées, y compris des solutions mobiles et des intégrations de business intelligence.
• Travailler avec l’équipe Syntax GenAI afin de développer des solutions SAP innovantes basées sur l’IA pour des cas d’usage internes et externes.
• Assurer la livraison des solutions dans les environnements SAP Public Cloud et Private Cloud.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les clients pour accompagner le changement transformationnel et maximiser la valeur d’affaires.
• Contribuer à une culture d’innovation, d’amélioration continue et de prestation de haute qualité.

Qualifications requises

• Plus de 10 ans d’expérience SAP.
• Au moins 5 implémentations SAP complètes sur l’ensemble du cycle de vie.
• Solide expérience de SAP SD, y compris les améliorations complexes et la conception de solutions.
• Expérience des commandes via des tiers.
• Expérience des interfaces de tarification.
• Excellentes compétences de communication orale, écrite et interpersonnelle.
• Capacité à travailler aux États-Unis et au Canada.
• Capacité démontrée à résoudre des problèmes complexes et à concevoir des solutions innovantes.
• Succès avéré dans le travail direct avec les clients dans un environnement consultatif et collaboratif.

Qualifications souhaitées

• Maîtrise de l’anglais indispensable pour les activités de mise en œuvre en contact avec les clients dans plusieurs régions.

Formation et certifications

• Un baccalauréat en administration des affaires, systèmes d’information, informatique ou dans un domaine connexe est souhaité.
• Les certifications SAP en SD ou dans des modules SAP connexes constituent un atout.
• Des certifications SAP supplémentaires, des certifications cloud ou une formation professionnelle pertinente sont considérées comme un plus.

Job Summary

Syntax is seeking an experienced SAP SD professional to support client transformation initiatives, solution design, and delivery excellence across complex SAP environments. This role is well suited for a customer-focused consultant who brings strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to translate business needs into innovative SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will contribute to pre-sales efforts, guide technical and functional design, and help advance Syntax’s delivery capabilities in both SAP Public Cloud and Private Cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales activities, including RFP responses, client discovery sessions, demo preparation, and demo delivery.
• Assist the SD competency lead with quality assurance checks on SAP SD implementations.
• Collaborate with the SD competency lead to improve Syntax’s SD intellectual property, solution assets, and delivery capabilities.
• Lead the design of complex SAP SD enhancements and extensions to standard SAP functionality.
• Provide functional and architectural guidance to teams designing advanced SD solutions, including mobile solutions and business intelligence integrations.
• Work with the Syntax GenAI team to develop innovative SAP AI solutions for internal and external use cases.
• Execute solution delivery across both SAP Public Cloud and Private Cloud environments.
• Partner closely with customers to support transformational change and maximize business value.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and high-quality delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience.
• Minimum of 5 full life cycle SAP implementations.
• Strong experience with SAP SD, including complex enhancements and solution design.
• Experience with third-party ordering.
• Experience with pricing interfaces.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in the US and Canada.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and build innovative solutions.
• Proven success working directly with customers in a consultative, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with international trade processes.
• Experience with Intra-stat reporting or related capabilities.
• Experience supporting SAP Public Cloud and Private Cloud solutions.
• Exposure to mobile solutions, business intelligence, or related integrated solution areas.
• Experience contributing to pre-sales pursuits and client-facing solution workshops.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled solutions or automation in SAP environments.
• An appreciation for innovation, continuous improvement, and modern delivery approaches, including automation and AI-enabled services.
• Proficiency in English is necessary for client-facing implementation activities across multiple regions.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• SAP certifications in SD or related SAP modules are an asset.
• Additional SAP certifications, cloud certifications, or relevant professional training are considered a plus.

Pay range for this position is $160,000 - $195,000 CAD
