Syntax recherche un(e) consultant(e) SAP Service Management expérimenté(e) pour accompagner les initiatives de transformation des clients en mettant en œuvre, configurant et optimisant les solutions SAP Service Management. Principales responsabilités
- Mettre en œuvre et configurer le module SAP Service Management afin de prendre en charge les processus de demandes de service et d’ordres de service.
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes métier pour recueillir, analyser et documenter les besoins liés au service client et aux processus après-vente.
- Gérer les ordres de service, la gestion des contrats, le suivi des garanties et les scénarios de facturation périodique.
- Optimiser la planification des ressources et l’ordonnancement des techniciens de service, ainsi que le support aux opérations de service sur le terrain.
- Permettre un suivi efficace de la main-d’œuvre, de la consommation de matériel et des coûts de service.
- Intégrer SAP Service Management avec les modules associés tels que Sales and Distribution (SD), Plant Maintenance (PM) et Materials Management (MM).
- Concevoir et soutenir les outils d’interaction client et assurer des flux de communication de service fluides.
- Développer et fournir des rapports et tableaux de bord sur la performance du service, les coûts et les indicateurs clés (KPI).
- Assurer le support post-implémentation, le dépannage et recommander des améliorations.
- Contribuer aux stratégies d’activation mobile et de service sur le terrain à l’aide des capacités mobiles SAP.
- Communiquer efficacement avec les équipes clientes et les parties prenantes du projet en anglais dans plusieurs régions.
Qualifications requises
- Plus de 5 ans d’expérience pratique en conseil SAP.
- Au moins 2 ans d’expérience avec le module Service Management (CS/SM).
- Bonne compréhension des opérations de service, notamment le support client, la maintenance et le service sur le terrain.
- Expérience en gestion des contrats de service, planification des ressources et intégration avec les modules SD, PM et MM.
- Capacité à traduire les besoins métier en spécifications fonctionnelles et en configurations SAP.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relation client.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais requise pour les activités d’implémentation en contact avec les clients dans plusieurs régions.
Qualifications souhaitées
- Connaissance de l’intégration SAP CRM ou de SAP S/4HANA Service.
- Expérience dans le support d’initiatives de service mobile ou de service sur le terrain.
- Exposition à la création de rapports, aux tableaux de bord ou à l’analytique du service.
- Familiarité avec l’amélioration des processus de service de bout en bout dans des environnements d’entreprise complexes.
- Une sensibilité à l’innovation, à l’amélioration continue et aux approches de livraison modernes, y compris l’automatisation et les services basés sur l’IA.
Formation & certifications
- Diplôme de baccalauréat en systèmes d’information, informatique, administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe, de préférence.
- Certification SAP en Service Management, Customer Service ou dans un domaine fonctionnel connexe, un atout.
- Des certifications SAP supplémentaires en S/4HANA Service, CRM, PM, SD ou MM sont considérées comme un avantage.
Rémunération

Job Summary
Syntax is seeking an experienced SAP Service Management Consultant to support client transformation initiatives by implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP Service Management solutions. In this role, you will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to design effective service processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure successful delivery across complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure the SAP Service Management module to support service request and service order processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for customer service and after-sales processes.
- Manage service orders, contract management, warranty tracking, and periodic billing scenarios.
- Optimize resource planning and scheduling for service technicians and support field service operations.
- Enable efficient tracking of labor, material consumption, and service costs.
- Integrate SAP Service Management with related modules such as Sales and Distribution (SD), Plant Maintenance (PM), and Materials Management (MM).
- Design and support customer interaction tools and ensure seamless service communication workflows.
- Develop and deliver reports and dashboards on service performance, costs, and key KPIs.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and enhancement recommendations.
- Contribute to mobile and field service enablement strategies using SAP mobile capabilities.
- Communicate effectively with client teams and project stakeholders in English across multiple regions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP consulting experience.
- At least 2 years of experience with the Service Management (CS/SM) module.
- Strong understanding of service operations, including customer support, maintenance, and field service.
- Experience with service contract management, resource scheduling, and integration with SD, PM, and MM modules.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and SAP configurations.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Proficiency in English for client-facing implementation activities across multiple regions.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP CRM integration or SAP S/4HANA Service knowledge.
- Experience supporting mobile service or field service enablement initiatives.
- Exposure to reporting, dashboard design, or service analytics.
- Familiarity with end-to-end service process improvement in complex enterprise environments.
- An appreciation for innovation, continuous improvement, and modern delivery approaches, including automation and AI-enabled services.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- SAP certification in Service Management, Customer Service, or a related functional area is an asset.
- Additional SAP certifications in S/4HANA Service, CRM, PM, SD, or MM are considered an advantage.
Salary: 140-155k
