Что нужно делать:

  • Участвовать в подготовке программ для дилеров, стимулирующих продажи (SIP, выкуп доли продаж).

  • Курировать проведение обучающих мероприятий для дилеров и полевых команд.

  • Заниматься дистрибуцией и визуализацией бренда компании в торговых точках на территории СПб и ЛО.

  • Контролировать выполнения стандартов мерчендайзинга компании во всех каналах продаж.

  • Разрабатывать, внедрять и контролировать мотивационные, стимулирующие программы для персонала полевой команды, направленные на достижение операционных KPI канала в рамках своей зоны ответственности.

  • Заниматься организацией и участием в выездных продажах/ кампаниях/проектах в рамках развития дистрибуции в локальном канале продаж.

Для нас важно:

  • Опыт работы в сотовом ритейле будет преимуществом.

  • Опыт работы по развитию дистрибуции и знание основ мерчендайзинга.

  • Опыт управления персоналом от 3х лет.

  • Знание техник, механик и инструментов продаж.

  • Знания MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
