Tactile Games is a Danish mobile games company founded in 2011 and based in Copenhagen. Its puzzle titles including Lily's Garden are played by millions of people worldwide. The studio builds its own live operations and analytics tooling.

It’s an exciting time to join Tactile. We're a diverse team of storytellers, puzzle enthusiasts, and casual mobile game creators. Our story began in 2008 in the heart of beautiful Copenhagen, and since then, we have experienced continuous growth, establishing ourselves as one of the largest gaming companies in Denmark. In more recent years, we have been scaling fast, in large part thanks to the success of a little game calledLily’s Garden. Now we’re on a mission to solidify our position as one of the leaders in creating out-of-the-ordinary casual puzzle games.

With more than 350 talented individuals, we are a mix of over 50 nationalities and 43% women. We truly appreciate the richness of different experiences and perspectives that Tactilers bring to the game. This is why we foster a lean organisational culture, in which each individual is encouraged to take responsibility, be open, and grow in their own way. We pride ourselves on cultivating a studio environment that avoids crunch, fosters your skills regardless of your discipline, and provides a space for you to be creative alongside other passionate and invested storytellers.

We are currently growing our games  teams and are on the search for a Product Monetization Manager to join Tactile.

We believe commercial success and fantastic player experience must go hand-in-hand, and this is where you come in: You’ll be responsible for developing daily promotional plans and their implementation. Specifically, you’ll be in charge of campaign designs and operational launches, the creative development of all communication channels, QA at launch, monitoring and analyzing results, and reacting accordingly. With your deep understanding of player motivations, you’ll provide valuable and continuous feedback as you identify areas for maximizing player experiences and driving our games’ revenue growth.

This role is based in our beautiful Copenhagen office, as we truly believe that when talented people work closely together, amazing things happen! We therefore offer full relocation support to those coming from outside of Denmark.

Okay, let’s get a little bit more specific.

Here’s what you’ll be doing on the day-to-day as a Monetization Manager:

  • Creating fun, engaging features and improvements for our liveops puzzle games, balancing player experience with business impact.
  • Designing and optimizing monetization features, offers, promotions, and events that align with player motivations and company goals.
  • Contributing throughout the entire product lifecycle, from concept and design to launch and live operations.
  • Making data-driven decisions and continuously improving features based on performance metrics, player feedback, and market insights.
  • Planning, running, and analyzing A/B tests to validate ideas and optimize engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality experiences for millions of players.
  • Staying up to date with the mobile F2P and puzzle games market, analyzing trends and sharing insights with the team.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working on product development, LiveOps, or monetization within mobile free-to-play games.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset (SQL is a plus!).
  • Solid understanding of player motivations, UX, game design, and monetization mechanics.
  • Deep knowledge of the casual mobile puzzle games market.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for learning and staying ahead of industry trends.

You'll make us extra excited if you also have:

  • Expertise in Merge2 games
