Tactile Games is a Danish mobile games company founded in 2011 and based in Copenhagen. Its puzzle titles including Lily's Garden are played by millions of people worldwide. The studio builds its own live operations and analytics tooling.

It’s an exciting time to join Tactile. We're a diverse team of storytellers, puzzle enthusiasts, and casual mobile game creators. Our story began in 2008 in the heart of beautiful Copenhagen, and since then, we have experienced continuous growth, establishing ourselves as one of the largest gaming companies in Denmark. In more recent years, we have been scaling fast, in large part thanks to the success of a little game calledLily’s Garden. Now we’re on a mission to solidify our position as one of the leaders in creating out-of-the-ordinary casual puzzle games.

With more than 350 talented individuals, we are a mix of over 50 nationalities and 43% women. We truly appreciate the richness of different experiences and perspectives that Tactilers bring to the game. This is why we foster a lean organisational culture, in which each individual is encouraged to take responsibility, be open, and grow in their own way. We pride ourselves on cultivating a studio environment that avoids crunch, fosters your skills regardless of your discipline, and provides a space for you to be creative alongside other passionate and invested storytellers.

Yourrole& impact:

As our newest PM, you'll be joining one of our new game teams. You will be responsible for building up strong relationships with development teams, as well as own the product roadmap & strategy, all in close collaboration with our Heads of New Game productions.

Whilst we cannot share a lot about our new game projects just yet , we're exploring and playing around with a variety of cores and gaming experiences. So if you're a Product Manager with a strong track record in the casual or hybrid-casual mobile gaming industry, then you might just be our missing piece!

This role is based in our beautiful Copenhagen office. We offer full relocation support to those coming from outside of Denmark.

Here’s what you’ll be doing on the day-to-day :

  • Making data driven divisions and improve our features based on metrics and user feedback
  • Planning, running and organising A/B testing of our features and configurations, feed findings from these back into the team roadmap
  • Staying up to date with the (hybrid) casual mobile games market, playing and analyzing games and features, sharing insights with the team

What we’re looking for:

You're a mobile gamer yourself, you have a great understanding of the current market and are extremely curious about innovating and exploring within the puzzle game genre You also have:

  • Several years of experience of working on product development in casual, hybrid- or hyper-casual mobile F2P games
  • Solid understanding of analytics (SQL experience considered a bonus!)
