Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

NCV Certificate/N6 Certificate in Warehousing/ Operations/ Supply chain/Data analytics 

The skills we need:

• Computer Literacy
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Time management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Data interpretation and presentation.
• Understanding of socioeconomic and public policy issues.
• Private Security Sector/SAPS/Armed Forces experience

Key responsibilities:

• Support the development, review, and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation in different Warehouse functions.
• Contribute in day to day warehouse operations in INBOUND,INVENTORY,OUTBOUND,DISPATCH,PLANNING.
• Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to DC operations
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Facilities, and Health & Safety.
• Monitor operational performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in identifying improvement opportunities and corrective actions.
• Participate in problem-solving initiatives by identifying root causes, proposing practical solutions, and supporting implementation.

This is an 18-month contract
