Are you curious about what happens when a digital component meets real-world use? As a component tester, you will help check that software components work as intended, stay reliable and deliver a smooth experience. The role is based in Jonkoping, Sweden.
The role
You will test components across digital solutions used in HR and recruitment technology. Your work will help identify issues early, support better quality and make complex systems feel a little less complex - always a nice outcome.
You will work with people across different functions, sharing findings and helping turn observations into practical improvements.
What you will do
The role combines hands-on testing, structured thinking and close collaboration. Your day-to-day work may include:
- Create and carry out test cases for software components
- Check functionality, usability and behaviour across relevant scenarios
- Report, document and follow up on defects
- Re-test fixes and help confirm that issues have been resolved
- Work with developers and other colleagues to understand requirements and test results
- Contribute to improving testing methods, documentation and quality processes
Requirements
We are looking for someone who enjoys understanding how things work and spotting details that others might miss. You should be comfortable working in a structured way while also asking questions, sharing ideas and adapting when priorities change.

- Understanding of test cases, defect reporting and test documentation
- Ability to analyse results and communicate findings clearly
- Familiarity with digital products, software development or technical systems
- Comfortable collaborating with colleagues from different functions
- Good written and spoken English
It is also a plus if you bring experience with:
