We’re looking for an Email tester in Epoch who wants to help us make sure our HR tech platform delivers spot-on, beautiful and fully working emails to users all over the world.

What you will do
In this role, you make sure that every email leaving our platform looks good, works as intended and lands where it should. You’ll work closely with developers, product managers and customer teams to catch issues early and help us improve quality all the time.
You’ll spend your days testing email flows, checking content, links and layouts, and giving clear feedback when something needs to be fixed. If you enjoy being the “last line of defense” before something reaches the end user, you’ll feel right at home.
- Test email templates, campaigns and automated flows in the Epoch platform.
- Check layout, formatting, links, buttons and tracking in multiple email clients and devices.
- Verify that personalization, dynamic fields and conditional content work correctly.
- Log bugs clearly, follow up on fixes and re-test together with the development team.
- Help improve our test cases, checklists and QA routines for everything related to email.
- Collaborate with product and customer teams to understand requirements and edge cases.
What you bring
You don’t need to have lived your whole life in email or QA to join us, but you do need a sharp eye, a structured way of working and a genuine interest in digital products. If you like to puzzle things out and are not afraid to ask “what happens if…?”, you’re on the right track.
Experience with email tools, web testing or HR tech is a big plus, but curiosity and willingness to learn will take you far. We’ll give you the onboarding and support you need to grow into the role.
- 1 year of experience from QA, email marketing, customer support, digital production or similar work.
- Strong attention to detail and a habit of spotting errors in layouts, text and links.
- Basic understanding of how email tools, web browsers and different devices behave.
- Comfortable communicating in English in both speech and writing; Swedish is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a structured way, manage your own tasks and keep track of small details.
- A collaborative mindset and openness to give and receive feedback in a friendly way.
