Key Responsibilities
Translate product requirements and user research insights into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Create and iterate on screen designs across web and mobile platforms, ensuring visual consistency and adherence to the design system
Conduct and participate in usability testing sessions, incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs
Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout the product development lifecycle to align design solutions with technical constraints and business requirements
Contribute to and maintain the design system, ensuring component documentation and pattern consistency
Participate in design reviews, presenting work to peers and stakeholders and incorporating constructive feedback
Stay current with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices, bringing relevant insights into the team's work
- Bachelor of Design (B.Des) in UX Design, Interaction Design, Product Design, or Digital Design
- Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) with Digital Media or Interactive Design specialization
- Degree in Computer Science with UX/UI Design focus
- Degree in Information Systems with User Experience specialization
- Degree in Software Engineering graduates with strong UX/UI portfolios
- Degree in Psychology graduates who have completed UX/UI certifications or bootcamps
Qualifications

- Bachelor of Design (B.Des) in UX Design, Interaction Design, Product Design, or Digital Design

Less than 2 years experience will be considered as part of Future X programme.
A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, visual craft, and user-centered solutions - If joining as part of Graduate Trainee programme then examples of experience from university degree or internships is expected. A keen interest in UX, UI and Product Design is key to success.
Proficiency in using Figma to create and deliver designs as well as prototypes.
Solid understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, and accessibility standards.
Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
Experience working in agile product teams is preferred
A design thinking and problem-solving mindset - approaches challenging situations proactively.
Ability to work well with ambiguity.
Solid time management - able to manage many simultaneous requests/demands and plan accordingly.
