TAQA Petroleum is Hiring | Transportation Operations Coordinator (Head Office)
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily transportation operations and fuel deliveries to service stations, ensuring execution of the transportation plan.
- Coordinate with Terminals, Dispatchers, Drivers, and Contractors to ensure smooth and timely operations.
- Follow up on tank truck assignments, loading, dispatch, delivery, and return trips.
- Monitor station orders, truck/driver availability, delivery status, and resolve operational issues or delays.
- Monitor tank truck movements through GPS and follow up on routes, locations, stops, and delivery status.
- Coordinate with HSE and relevant teams regarding transportation safety, incidents, and operational violations.
- Maintain transportation records and prepare daily/periodic reports covering trips, deliveries, delays, incidents, and operational performance.
R equirements:
- Bachelor's (BS/BA) degree.
- (1~3 Years) Experience in the same field.
- Good command of English Language (written & spoken).
