As a SAP CPI Manager, you will lead the charge in optimizing operational efficiency for our clients by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing comprehensive training and support. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions, focusing on installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies.

As a Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supervising and developing teams, driving client engagement workstreams, and delivering exceptional work that meets client service expectations. You will leverage your growing business knowledge to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm, while embracing technology and innovation to enhance your delivery. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

In this role, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, and addressing any conflicts or issues that arise, engaging in meaningful conversations with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Leading the implementation and management of SAP software solutions to optimize client operations
• Analyzing client needs and developing tailored SAP configurations to meet strategic objectives
• Overseeing the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
• Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
• Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of SAP technology initiatives
• Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to enhance data-driven decision-making processes
• Promoting process improvement and optimization within SAP environments
• Mentoring team members to develop skills and encourage professional growth
• Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and stakeholders effectively
• Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 8 to 11 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori
• Utilizing strategic technology planning to drive business transformation

Additional Details

• Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x a week) or 10-11 days in 1 month
• Work Location: BGC, Taguig
• Work Schedule: Between 2PM - 4PM to 11PM - 1AM (Flexible)
