As a SAP Finance Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for SAP finance applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP finance applications. Within our Finance Technology - SAP Core ERP practice, you will enable clients to optimize financial processes, improve financial reporting, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others.

You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear.

In this role, you will use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using reflection to enhance strengths and address development areas. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client requirements to implement SAP finance solutions effectively
• Providing training and support for seamless integration of SAP finance applications
• Optimizing financial processes to enhance financial reporting and achieve strategic objectives
• Utilizing SAP FI and SAP FICO to manage financial transactions and reporting
• Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to inform insights and recommendations
• Developing and maintaining financial management software for improved financial operations
• Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for business process improvement
• Upholding professional and technical standards in financial reporting and compliance
• Interpreting data to support financial forecasting and budgeting activities
• Building meaningful client connections to understand and anticipate their needs

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 to 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments
• Navigating complex financial systems and processes
• Utilizing SAP FI and SAP FICO for financial reporting- Developing insights through financial statement analysis
• Embracing change and adapting to new financial technologies
• Building meaningful client connections in finance transformation projects

Additional Details

• Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x a week) or 10-11 days in 1 month
• Work Location: BGC, Taguig
• Work Schedule: Between 2PM - 4PM to 11PM - 1AM (Flexible)
