As a SAP BW/HANA Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will analyze client requirements, design and implement data management and analytics solutions, and provide training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools. Within our Digital Core Modernization practice, you will work closely with clients to understand their data needs, develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualizations and reports to support data-driven decision-making, helping them optimize their data management processes, enhance data quality, and derive valuable insights from their data to achieve their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client requirements to design and implement SAP data management and analytics solutions
• Developing data models and performing complex data analysis to support data-driven decision-making
• Creating visualizations and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BusinessObjects BI to enhance insights
• Collaborating with clients to optimize data management processes and improve data quality
• Providing training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools
• Integrating SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Data Intelligence Cloud for seamless data migration and integration
• Validating data security measures and implementing data quality improvement plans
• Navigating complex situations to build meaningful client relationships and inspire team members
• Utilizing critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate innovative solutions
• Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 to 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP BW on HANA Data Modeling and Development
• Utilizing SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence (BI) for advanced reporting
• Excelling in complex data analysis and data-driven consulting
• Leveraging data visualization tools to enhance client presentations
• Developing data quality improvement plans (DQIP) for client projects
• Embracing change and demonstrating intellectual curiosity in dynamic environments

Additional Details

• Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x a week) or 10-11 days in 1 month
• Work Location: BGC, Taguig
• Work Schedule: Between 2PM - 4PM to 11PM - 1AM (Flexible)
