As a SAP BODS Consultant Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will analyze client requirements, design and implement data management and analytics solutions, and provide training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools. Within our Digital Core Modernization practice, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their data needs, develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualizations and reports to support data-driven decision-making. Your efforts will help clients optimize their data management processes, enhance data quality, and derive valuable insights from their data to achieve their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client requirements to design and implement SAP data management and analytics solutions
• Developing data models and performing complex data analysis to support data-driven decision-making
• Creating visualizations and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BusinessObjects BI to enhance client insights
• Collaborating with clients to understand their data needs and optimize data management processes
• Providing training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools
• Implementing data integration and migration strategies to improve data quality and accessibility
• Utilizing SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Data Intelligence Cloud for advanced data modeling and development
• Validating data security measures and data quality improvement plans to maintain data integrity
• Engaging in data-driven consulting to help clients achieve their strategic objectives
• Navigating complex situations to build meaningful client relationships and inspire team members

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 to 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence (BI)
• Utilizing SAP BW on HANA Data Modeling and Development
• Excelling in complex data analysis and data-driven consulting
• Leveraging data visualization tools for impactful insights
• Navigating complex client engagements with analytical thinking
• Building meaningful client relationships through effective communication

Additional Details

• Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x a week) or 10-11 days in 1 month
• Work Location: BGC, Taguig
• Work Schedule: Between 2PM - 4PM to 11PM - 1AM (Flexible)
