Role: Google Data Architect

Experience: 8-15 Years

Location: Hyderabad | Delhi NCR | Bengaluru | Chennai

Key Responsibilities

·Design GCP-native data platforms using BigQuery,

Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Storage, Cloud Spanner and Dataplex.

·Define batch and streaming data architectures,

integration patterns, data models and platform guardrails.

·Optimise BigQuery partitioning, clustering,

workload management, reservations, performance and cost.

·Design data integrations for Vertex AI use

cases, including grounding, retrieval-augmented generation, vector, graph,

geospatial and agent workflows.

·Produce HLDs, LLDs, architecture decision

records, non-functional requirements, cost and capacity models, security

assessments and implementation standards.

·Partner with engineering and governance teams to

ensure solutions are production-ready, observable and auditable.

Required Skills & Experience

·8-15 years of data/platform engineering and

architecture experience.

·Strong hands-on delivery experience on Google

Cloud Platform.

·Expertise in BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub,

Dataplex, Dataproc, Cloud Storage and Cloud Spanner.

·Strong understanding of batch and streaming

pipelines, CDC, data observability and cloud security.

·Experience designing integrations for Vertex AI,

RAG, vector, graph or geospatial use cases.
