  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC / IRM solutions including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, and Vendor Risk modules.
  • Configure and customize risk and control frameworks, including risk identification, assessment, scoring, and mitigation workflows.
  • Implement and manage Policy and Compliance Management, ensuring policies are defined, enforced, and audited effectively.
  • Develop and maintain Issue Management and Exception Management processes.
  • Configure Audit Management workflows including audit planning, execution, findings, and reporting.
  • Implement and manage Vendor Risk Management (VRM) processes including assessments and continuous monitoring.
  • Develop business rules, client scripts, Script Includes, UI policies, and Flow Designer workflows.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (security tools, regulatory systems, third-party risk platforms) using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics to track risk posture and compliance status.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable IRM solutions.
  • Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Job Locations : Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi, Kochi, Bhubaneshwar, Pune.
