ServiceNow ITSM Developer
Location: PAN INDIA
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer to design, develop, and implement IT Service Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, strong technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ServiceNow ITSM modules including:
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Knowledge Management
- Service Catalog
- Mobile App
- Virtual Agent
- Configure ServiceNow ITSM applications in alignment with approved design plans.
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Develop ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS.
- Create SQL and LDAP queries to connect and retrieve data from Oracle, MySQL databases, and Active Directory.
- Establish repeatable processes for development, testing, staging, and production environments ensuring reliability and high availability.
- Adhere to Agile/Scrum methodology and ITIL standards.
- Ensure compliance with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Required Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator./ CAD Certified.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Basic understanding of ITIL/industry standards.
- Familiarity with SDLC processes.
Technical Skills
- ServiceNow ITSM development and configuration.
- JavaScript, Jelly, XML, HTML, CSS.
- SQL and LDAP query creation.
- Web Services integration.
Behavioral Competencies
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative teamwork.
- Ability to participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (pre-iteration and retrospectives).
